Ruby has spent over a decade working at the intersection of capital, people, and organisational ambition. She has personally secured $6M+ in direct funding and mobilised tens of millions more through strategic partnerships, operating across capital pipelines exceeding $200M.
Her specialisation is the work that sits upstream — strategy, relationships, and capital readiness — translating bold vision into tangible capital and partnerships before the fundraiser or partnerships lead arrives.
Her work and experience spans philanthropy, institutional funding, and corporate and government investment across a variety of sectors in Australia and globally — UK, Mediterranean, India, Southern Africa.
